Our production process begins by partnering with quality suppliers. Together we adhere to pre-determined standards to ensure consistent delivery of raw materials. Together we adhere to strict quality assurance policies, procedures, and work instruction with each lot we produce and package.
Monty’s is produced at ISO certified / ISO structured production facilities strategically located for transportation efficiencies. Combined we currently utilize 370,000 sq. ft. of production and warehousing facilities
As raw materials are received, they are measured, lab tested to confirm the meet our standards and for consistency.

Once approved, the materials are then tagged and staged for production. Primary blending is accomplished using multiple 6,000 gallon temperature-controlled tanks, each mounted on electric load cells that measure precise weights of each added ingredient.
Our special blending process allows Monty’s to utilize our proprietary humic substance, HUMIGIN ™, into our balanced and stable liquid products. Once blended, we package the finished product in bottles, totes and tankers for consumers, commercial growers and for producers.
After passing our strict Quality Assurance tests it’s on to the truck, the rail, or the tanker. From there, it is made available for you by retailers who have committed themselves to providing the very best knowledge and service in the industry.
